I was tagged for this by Riddhi with Whispering Stories. Her blog is amazing and she is so so active, which I love! Check it out if you don’t know about it!
From Riddhi’s post: Also, for those of you wondering, hey, it’s November, why is she doing a Fall Tag? The reason is here in India, it still feels like fall, especially in the day time. So, it is totally valid for me to do this tag, period.
CRUNCHING LEAVES: The world is full of colour! Choose a book with red/orange/yellow on the cover.
Kiss the Sky by MK Schiller – If you aren’t familiar with her books, I highly recommend them. They are complex romance books with substantial plots.
COZY SWEATER: It’s finally cool enough for warm cozy clothing! What book gives you the warm fuzzies?
Feels Like Home by Jennifer Van Wyk – There are definitely some sad themes throughout this book, but it is a great second chance friends to lovers and blending of families.
FALL STORM: The wind is howling & the rain is pounding. Choose a book that you like to read on a stormy day.
The Wall of Winnipeg and Me by Mariana Zapata – I love me some Mariana Zapata. Slow burn at its finest.
COOL CRISP AIR: makes you breathe freely~ Who’s the coolest character you’d want to trade places with?
Teegan from The Lost Witch by Chandelle LaVaun – Y’all know I love this series and Teegan is just such a badass with all her power. I wouldn’t mind some of that.
HOT APPLE CIDER: warm autumn drink. What underhyped book do you want to see become the next biggest, hottest thing?
The Noble Warrior by Becca Ketelsleger – I read this book awhile ago and I can’t fathom that there so few ratings on Goodreads. I really enjoyed this book and I think many others will too!
COAT, SCARVES, & MITTENS: the weather has turned cold & it’s time to cover up! What’s a book cover you don’t like?
Paroxysm Effect by Ashleigh Reynolds – Fortunately this book (series) had a total and well needed cover rehaul. Despite the awful cover, if you love science fiction- dystopian, this is a great book for you.
PUMPKIN SPICE: time for some Starbucks! What’s your favourite fall comfort food?
I admit, I am not the biggest fall fan. I am not really into PSLs or sweater weather. If I had to pick a food it would be the use of cinnamon in different foods or all the baked goods.
WARM, COZY BONFIRE: spread the cozy warmth! Who do you tag?
- Confessions of a Reading Freak
- Journeying Bibliophile
- Wanders Between Pages
- Soph’s Book World
And anyone else who wants to do the tag! Thank you for reading!
