Saving the Fae (Daughter of Light #3) by Leia Stone
Everything Lily thought she knew about Liam was a lie.
Faerie needs her now more than ever.
She must push through her heartbreak and save her world before it’s lost forever.
This was a good conclusion to the Daughters of Light series. Both books 1 and 2 ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, so I was excited to see how the series would wrap up. This book was really good and really entertaining, though not really unique to lots of the other Fae Fantasy series out there. However, I didn’t mind because I like this style of book haha.
Lily has dealt with some major revelations; learning she is the daughter of royalty and that her soulmate, Liam, killed her mom, all while being the only hope to save the Fae. Can she overcome all these obstacles? Can she forgive Liam for protecting himself? Is their a future for the Fae?
I really like both Liam and Lily as characters. They are both willing to do anything to protect their family and those they care about. I do wish there was a bit more information and interaction with the supporting characters overall. They were more mentioned in passing rather than being an active part of the story, which I would have prefered.
I do recommend this series. It is available on Kindle Unlimited. Leia Stone is one of my go to fantasy authors so feel free to check out other of her books as well.
